Home econs pt

Hey everyone,

I have been tracking my diet for three days, and found out I actually have a larger intake of fats than required, especially because I am not in a sports CCA. Also MY MAIN PROBLEM: i I don't regulate my energy intake every day, so I might end up gaining weight and becoming unhealthy!!!! So the blog includes what I have eaten over the past three days and how I can improve my diet. Hope you can learn something from it too! XD
